california non-repaiable salvage certificate
California non-repairable salvage certificate? What are these and is there anyway to dance around it and register the vehicle once it has one? In Colorado you need an inspection to prove the vehicle is road worthy and the Hwy Patrol signs off on it. Is this the same deal? The SUV I'm looking at was in a flood. The vehicle is a 4x4 and would be used primarilly as a trail rig, but it would be nice to drive it to the trail head if you know what I mean. Thanx!

where there is a will there is a way. I had my own auto salvage & repair business in pennsylvania, it can be done in a round about way.
