calling all V-8 vega gurus....

hey people, just joined and i got a question for the V-8 vega crowd--i used the "batwing" type motor mounts, do i need a "mid-mount" as well or is the 2 forward motor mounts plus the single ( regular style ) trans mount enough ? thanks in advance.....

I have a 12 second Vega wagon street/strip with a 350 and all I have is the Hooker kit (batwings) and a urethane trans mount (TH400). Been running it that way for three years now with absolutely 0 issues. The other guys I know with V8 Vegas (non tube chassis), that have the same kit, all run them the same way, no mid plate. Hope this helps.
