cam.. is it to big for stock heads or ok?

i dont know much about this but its in my car so i got some numbers for my cam

Cam Lift ..... .. .. intake ... .. 281
...........exhaust......296

Valve lift.............. intake.... 422
................................ exhaust 444

duration intake 278
exhaust 288

lob center intake 107
exhaust 117
..050 duration
204 intake
214 exhaust
well thats what they told me on the phone is that a small cam or a decent size one and would i need to have any head work with it

Same cam as the edelbrock performer, we`ve used these in many stock engines, this cam is fine with stock heads, on some we didn`t replace the valve springs unless the engine had high mileage.
