Cam break-in?

I bought new ceramic coated TTI headers for my 440 mopar and the instructions say to not break a cam in with these installed. It said that the excessive heat could damage the coating and void the warranty. Well I installed my old manifolds for the break in and need to dummy up some exhaust. Any ideas on how I can do this, flex pipe maybe? Do I need exhaust or can I just run straight manifolds if I can stand the noise?

If you can stand the noise you can do it with open manifolds, we do it all the time on the dyno. Getting a couple of sticks of flex though to direct the flow down and under the car would be helpful though.
