cam button cover questions.

I cant hardly find any info on what i need lately apparently. Ok so from what i'm reading it seems like a nylon cam button is the best one since the roller button can come apart and fill your engine with the rollers? I would just buy a cloyes quick button cover but since the block I have is a raised cam block i'm doubting that would work. (i assume its for a standard cam location). I would like to have a 2 piece cover but i guess its not a big deal... My other question would be since the end play requires you to torque down the cover and gasket etc. to get the correct end play reading wouldn't that screw up your gasket you were planning on using?

The gasket will bwe fine if you put it in dry or just stick it to the cover and use no sealer on the block side for the mock up.
