cam choice for 327

I will have to rebuild a 327. It's 1969 block, and i will be using double hump 041 heads. I am going to clean them up and put them on. Plan is to go with forged pistons and maybe forged crank. On the top will be rpm air gap intake with 750 cfm edelbrock carb. I am trying to decide on what cam to put into it. It's not going to be a daily driver, but once in a while fun ride or go to either auto-x or drag strip. For now will be using th350 and 3.73 gears.
Two cams i've been looking at so far:
Isky 201025

and Lunati 60103LK

Heads look like they can be used after a little clean up

The first cam will require between 10.5:1 and 12.0:1 static compression ratio.
The second one will require between 9.5:1 and 11.0:1.

Best thing to do is get all your information together and phone a couple of cam grinders. Talk with the tech guy there and get a recommendation based on what you want the motor to do.
