Hello! I'm a new member looking for some advice on cam choice for a blown BBC, around 470 ci, 8;1 comp. th400 trans, 3.50 rear end, about 2400 lb car ( 32 Ford ). Car will be street- driven. I want to go with a roller, for reliability. I've built many carbureted small- blocks, but have no experience w/ big- blocks or blowers; any thoughts?

What I've done for years when I need a cam for any thing from an all out race car or a street machine I make a call to the experts at Comp Cams and they always give me the best cam for my combonation. You need to have all the info about your car and engine and your intended use I've built engines for40 years but I still don't know the latest cams that are available those guys know cams.
