Question cam grind with 991 heads

What would be a good cam grind to use with 991 heads(76cc, 1.72/1.50 valves) and a .015 head gasket on a 350 SBC. I have a 278 duration cam with 222 @ 50 and a lift of .467 and a 110 lobe spearation. Would this cam work ok??

I was thinking of changing to a 250/258 duration, 205/214 @ 50, .432/.453, 111 lobe separation. Would this be a better cam?

When using the 305 heads on a 350, is it just a bolt on and go, or is there anything special that has to be done to the heads or block? Also, what would be a good Intake and Carb suggestion? I already have a dual plane Weiand intake and an Edelbrock 600cfm carb. Would these work ok?

Thanks!!
