Cam ID ?
I have a cam out of a 350 chevy that has large L stamped on the front and the numbers 920659 and 274 on the rear anyway to tell what this is stock or aftermarket or where I could find out.

Very likely a rebuilder camshaft, used to sell a lot of SBC cams as a part number CS274 at a wholesale outfit years ago. A replacement for the "929" OEM cam; 0.390 lift etc.
