Okay, well I shifted my attention to the XE268H. I see no reason this wouldn't be a good choice.

Would it be beneficial to run 1.6 ratio rockers with this cam?

On the intake side yes, won't make a difference on the exhaust side.

I already have a set of ProForm 1.5/1.6 ratio RR's, but I'm getting rid of them due to many I've seen break. Am I best off getting another set of 1.5/1.6 ratio RR's or just getting a set of 1.5's or 1.6's?

I'd use a split set if it was me.

Boy! Quite the thread. Comp XE 268 with Vortecs, 1.6 rockers, and a 750 cfm carb made 418 hp. The people that built the engine said the XE 262 would be an even better cam. Lose a little on top end and gain even more torque. Go to comp's site and look at the power curves of the XE cams. They all make basically the same HP and TQ, just the curves where they make the power are moved up the rpm band. I run a 262 and am very happy with the power and the idle.

What was/is your other user name, Jr. Mechanic? You're posting style of not listening to any suggestions no matter how good they are and claiming that people ask you for tech help is very reminiscent of a few other posters that were laughed out of the forum.
