It depends on a LOT, if you have a narrow LSA and a crappy tune then it'll probably need to idle at 1100 rpm. If you have a wide LSA and a great tune it can probably idle at 600rpm. Having a loose or tight stall (if you have an automatic) can affect this a little also.
