Looks like Cam Doctor printout data.
The basic rpm range is 3500-6500

The cam lobe lift and valve lift specs don't jib for a BBC 1.7:1 rocker arm.
Hyd cams (normally) run with no lash.
Appears to be un-symetrical lobe designs.
If you use the wrong test follower shape for the cam type when running the cam on the cam doctor, you will get sqewed results.

Based on the .050" timing numbers its a 110 LSA cam but the angle of points of maximum lift may be 103 (unsymetrical design)

Is this a camshaft that you want to install?

Intake valve sealing issues will behave like that sometimes. Certainly not the only thing that will, but one place to look.

How does it pump on a compression gage or better, a leak down tester.

Poor man's leak down:

Gut the hose from a compression tester by removing the Schrader valve, screw it into a cylinder that's @ TDC on firing stroke and pressurize the cylinder with your air compressor.

If bad enough, you can hear the air hissing at the carb (valves) or oil fill (rings).

Poping thru the carb is fuel burning when the intake valve is open. real lean (fuel pump) real late timing or over advanced timing, broken valve spring, bent valve. Skipped timing chain or improper cam install. flat cam lobe or bad lifter.
Has the spark timing shifted on you suddenly since inital fire up?
What is the spark timing at idle, at max advance?
cracked distributor cap, coil etc.
