Post Cam Specialists? A little help please.

Can anyone explain what this cam would be like in a 4000# Truck?

It is a Crane 100072 Energizer 284 H12.

Cam Specifications

Degrees Duration @ .050 Int./Exh. 228 / 228
Degrees Advertised Duration Int./Exh. 284 / 284
Degree Lobe Separation 112
Open/Close @.050" 7 41
Cam Lift Int./Exh. 51 (3)
Lash Hot Int./Exh. .000 / .000
Gross Lift Int./Exh. .480 / .480

I will be running:
SBC 350ci Turbo 350
Vortecs or other High flow Heads.
10.0:1 Compression
Edelbrock Performer RPM
600 CFM Holley or other brand.
Will go in a '72 Chev 1/2 ton.

What Converter should I be running. This will not be a race truck, just a SHOW-OFF truck.

Any comments will be appreciated.

cam

Ithink it will be a good choice you will need a little stall 2400 .would be good I would go no higher than that even though it says 2400 it depends on how much toutrqe you make todepend on how much stall you get.also I would probally add
some gear to the rear ,since you will be raising your tourqe curve,
but in a 4000 pd.truck i would not put to much.probally 3.55 gear
have fun
