if you plan to drive it a good amount on the street then take it easy with the lift, as high lift reduces valve train life quickly. Is it worth a few more hp for a shorten valve spring life?
I would use the RPM intake. You need torque with 29 inch tall slicks and only a 4.11 gear. I would think you are working with a 3.73 gear when considering the height of the slicks. I'm thinking 130mph at 6500 rpm with that setup. What trap speed are you planing to run?
I would use the Dart 200cc heads since you already have them and the 12-771-8 242/248 280/286 110 .570/.576 (2500-6500) Comp cam. I would also do a little DIY bowl smoothing on the dart 200cc heads (especially on the intake side).
if MPG is any concern, use a vacuum secondary carb.
