cam upgrade

I have a 83 z28 camaro with a chevy 350 with a 6 in high rise intake and a 650 holly carb everything else is stock. I want to a a beefier cam for a little more low end torque. Its all run through a 400r trans with 3.42 rear gear. What is the best camshaft and rollers i can use?

what are the present cam specs?for a torque upgrade you might also need an RPM increase depending on how much more torque you want.
What kind of exhaust do you have now?
What other future improvements are you considering?

According to the info I've seen 83 Z28's all came with 305 engines, so what is your stock 350 from originally? That will help us to determine the specs of what you're running now.
