camaro heater control knob removal

Hey gang,
I am trying to replace the heater control lens on a 1967 camaro with AC.
The control knobs do not have a set screw to hold them on. I tried pulling them with my fingers, but it didn't seem they were moving.
How do I remove the knobs?
Thanks,
Bob

Gentle perseverance is the only method I know of.

wiggle and tug, wiggle and tug

They should eventually pull free.

Bryan,
Thanks, I'll give it a try tomorrow..
I was wrestling out the passenger kick panel, and have exhausted my patience for today.
Thanks again,
Bob
