camaro will not turn over! please help

hey im new here and im hoping someone can help me. i have a 95 camaro 3.4 5 speed. im not lucky enough to have a lt1 but it gets 40 dollars for a 1.5 weeks but anyways. my problem is that my camaro wont start when i try to turn it over. my lights will come on so will my radio and my eletric fan. so the battery is ok. i checked connects to the battery and they are good. the clutch is BYPASS so thats not the problem adn the starter was taken off and tested and all contacts have been cleaned so thats not the problem. which im thinking it will be either the ignition switch or the vats system! i do have an aftermarket radio in my car. i heard that the radio can make the system go off?? has anyone came into the problem and if you have any better ideas PLEASE HELP me!!
God bless!

Post this in the engine section. Turn on the lights and try to start it. Do the dash lights dim at all? Just because the lights, fan, radio, etc come on doesnt mean the battery is good. It takes a lot more power to turn the engine over than it does to play a song.
