i got a 291 heads are they any good?

Sure they are. These are heads most street rodders ran before Vortecs hit the scene. They can flow decent with a good port job but any way you slice it, the Vortec is still better. If your heads need a full rebuild I`d buy Vortecs before I put any cash into rebuilding a old casting.

Camel hump heads? What is the full cast number, and if you want to sell them? I'll spend the $$$ in reseating those old babby's...

3917291 is the casting # they are called turbo heads
