Camshaft ID

I bought a complete 400 SBC and tore it down today.

The camshaft is marked "S-274", "Made in Mexico", and the initials "W B". It's a hydraulic flat tappet. Anyone have a clue on the make or other info?

I'm assuming it's a 274 advertised duration, although I have made at least one error in the past.
