camshaft and piston selection

I am getting ready to pull the 400 out of my car. Its an 84 camaro T5 transmission. Im looking to run around 11 to 12.5 to 1 in the compression range. I have a set of World Product Sportsman 2 heads on it which I attend to keep. Right now the cam I have is this one, . I know this doesnt seem to be the best match to go with the heads, could somebody tell me why? I need suggestions on the best cam to go with, and why so ill understand. The car will see the street occasionally but im worried about performance over anything. Itll see some nitrous..probably just a 150 shot here and there. I also need help on what pistons to look for. Iv heard itd be good to go for a set of flat tops but im not sure. I plan on having forged rods and pistons..but im not looking to spend a lot of money. Just hopefully another Summit Racing cam..if not maybe a comp cam..and just some .30 over pistons. Money is definitely an issure though. Any help would be great. Thanks

This camshaft link is a bit long, but you'll be more informed as to what you need.
PS Forged & inexpensive don't go together.
