most stalls r smaller than stock around 10 or 11 in diameter,, it may not b a stall at all could b u just have a lockup,, but you can allway,s call a trans shop with the casting number,s thay should be abel to tell you more about it,,

Looks like a 400 converter! 350 converters I have ever owned have the nut an bolt style to mate it to the flywheel to where this is has a lug for a bolt, for it mate to the flywheel.

That is not a 400 converter. Shape, size, and lugs are all wrong for a 400. It is definitely a TH350C converter.
