70's Olds distributor turns in opposite direction then Chevy distributor. Will distributor from 69 350 Olds engine fit into 76 305 chevy ?

NO

the reason why the disturbtor will not work is because if you look at the bottom of the dist on bot of the gear on the u will see a hex head and on a chevy there isn't a hex head it is a tongue insert. Now you take that gear off and put a chevy one in yes it will work.and if it is hei the wire MIGHT be different i don't know.
