Can someone slather this color...

I saw a color at a car show this last weekend that I think may be the right fit for my Monte. I was told it's a factory '05 Equinox Blue, and looked just awesome on a Chevelle. I'd like to see a sample slathering on my Monte (or one of the two samples that are included) if someone with the talent is willing to do it. Thanks in advance.

In a while, Chet.

Thanks kenseth, I REALLY like it. A lot. Especially the first pic. It looks a bit darker than the second one for some reason, and that really fits what I want for the car. Thanks again.

Thats cause it is a bit darker. Try to hit something close to that color with a computer. It looked like it had some purple in the picture, and in the rear view it looks a bit darker to me then the front view picture. Couldn't get anything I felt was close, lol.

The car's owner said that the paint did look purple in the can before a sample was sprayed. I really need to find a paint chip sample....

Oh, I know the black is awesome on it, and thought long and hard about going that direction. But, I came to realize how hard it is to hide any little flaw.
I then started to lean towards going back to the factory gold that it is. And then that Chevelle showed up. I just need to stop going to car shows until after
I get my car painted.....
