Not much there except for the date and the serial number. All it tells me is that it was built for a 79 chevrolet of some sort.

Bottom number are a SERIAL number for the transmission and have no correlation to VIN nor any other information.

I had one of those tags on my 700r4 and I couldn't fine any info. But all the autos I've seen with those tags are really clean inside an in good shape.
