What is it?

It looks like a throttle shaft arm for a multi Carb. progressive linkage setup. That's a mouthfull. Should be able to get anywhere...Jegs, Summit. etc...

It's called a "thingamagigger".........................

Sorry couldn't resist.

I would call it a shaft arm, with a clamp..................

Usually that type of part is called a "bellcrank" or "lever arm".

I have the linkage kit on my car, but I need several more of that particular part and don't know who makes it. I've tried every search term I can think of everywhere on the net. Without knowing specifically what it's called and/or who makes it I can't find it. I even tried "thingamagigger" on Google

That looks like a throttle linkage kit from BDS. I believe they sell the parts individually as well.
BDS

This is what the BDS linkage looks like.
