Can SS paint be used to touch up bc/cc

Oh yah... To answer the original question:
Yes. You certainly can use SS paint to touch up base clear. If it is a solid color, I think it's the best way to go. As stated earlier in the thread, it's not the best for matching a metallic. But, it certainly can be done. And can work well.
