Can street carbs be modified for blower application?

My car had dual Holley 600 vacuum secondary carbs when I bought it. It also has a Weiand 6-71 supercharger and I don't believe the 1850 carb's power valve is set up to reference manifold vacuum with a blower. I'm not really sure how supercharger carbs are made so they do reference manifold vacuum, but it can't be too complicated, can it?

My question: Can Holley's 1850 be modified so it's power valve references manifold vacuum? (I have a pretty good mechanical/technical skill level)

Thanks!

That link opens Microsoft.com for me Thanks anyway!

I just got instructions from Holley. Barely legible but I think I understand it. If anyone's interested I'll post it here.
