that and the little lowered look and the porche rims and the little triangular window in the front is taken on.. i'm going for a cal look but i dont want to take the window out.. thats my favorite part
LAST DAY OF SCHOOL TODAY!.. cant wait i've got 4 more classes left    WHOO HOOthen i'll be on the VW all summer ! oh yeah. I got the body seperated from the frame.. =D now i got to take it off

I was actually curious about the bug thing , too. I have a boxer engine out of a Subaru WRX that I got from a junk yard. would it be possible to modify the car to take that engine? I have helped put a Chevy V6 in the front of one, But it would be sweet to have a nasty little turbo engine in the stock location. I know it's an AWD front engine to a RWD rear engine, but is it possible?

Man I wish I could find a little bug, rabbit or mini around here to play with and use as my daily driver. That way I dont have to feed my gas hungry sbc every day and Id have something to drive in the winter. Hmmm I may look for something cheap?

if Steve didnt live in nova scotia i have one i'd sell him for little of nothing.. has a locked up engine and tranny needing rebuilding. haha yes you can buy them cheep. a friend of mine bought one for 1000 about 3 months ago.. and if you can get a deal like that your doing alright because it had fresh paint on it. but they had ***** rigged (what we call it in SC) the floor pans and screwed down a repair panel with out removing the whole pan. Which isnt difficult.. about 30 bols,remove fenders and lights. then remove seats, shifter, pull positive wire through rear panel and lift. haha. i just got through. .. RUST = AHHHH    GRR  oh well it'l be worth it. I'm planning on getting a 95-99 mustang for christmas.. (V8 hopeuflly with 5 spd).. so i can save and use gas mileage.. and then i'll have my little VW with 40 to the gallon Last edited by dinger; 05-21-2007 at 06:52 AM. Reason: Violation of guidelines. Id rather no car than not having something with a V8. No offence. I always need to have a V8 around, anything after that doesnt bother me. I wish I could get that bug with the locked up driveline! I think I might know where theres an old rabbit around here..... might have to do some searching.

wish i would have been able to get pictures of the s10 framed v8 powered bug i saw this weekend.....would have made your stomach turn...to bad he was trying to rat rod something that would have been very cool other wise.. straight bar axle and all...

yeah but its hard.. i've got my diplomat..
as a DD.. so the bug dosent matter.. i'd love to have a lowrider.. and a dunebuggy.. but if i did a dune buggy it'd be on a diffrent frame.. i dunno.. might just put them away for now.. and pick them up later.. still dunno I NEED TO SELL MY 72 VW BUS.. -See gallery
