Can you buy just a clutch fork spring?

I see the clutch fork spring is broken on my fork (GM Truck SBC350). One of the tabs that contacts the TOB has sheared off into never never land. Can I replace just the spring? Does anyone sell that? Or do I have to fork over ( ) the cash for an entirely new fork?

On a related side note, how do I remove the fork from the bellhousing? The bellhousing has been removed from the engine and transmission and it sitting on my work bench. Does it need to be pushed in an inch or two and then 'tapped' with a hammer (which direction)?

Gracias for the advice amigos!
