If I sandblast my frame can I spray it with self etching primer, then Lead-filler and then shop primer?
Or is that completly no go?

"Can you?" I have seen it done without failure but it makes no sense and honestly, get yourself epoxy primer for that frame. Once sand blasted that is your best choice.

I remember on a SW etch prime tech sheet it said it could be applied OVER polyester filler ("bondo") as long as the filler was "fully cured" which was 12 hours. So if applying etch over fully cured is required how can you apply wet filler over the etch? It's a disaster waiting to happen in my opinion.
