D'Augistino builds some nice rides, I've liked most of his work. The 59 is cool, but I'm also from the era where these cars weren't rare and the Kustom look was always one of my favorite. I give him the

I assume you're talking about this car. This isn't a '59 but it's still cool. I couldn't find a 59 Eldorado custom on that site.

Did some more reading on that site and here's the info they gave:
"The Cadster" and was built by A&A, Slawinski, DeRosa, and D'Agostino and painted by Art Himsl. It started out as a '59 Caddy Coupe DeVille but was restyled to look like a Motorama Concept Kustom of the '50s.

It does look a little Foose'ish doesn't it.

I saw this at a car show last year. Nice...but I seen some better ones inside the show building. This was at the entrance and was supposed to be the main draw card as they had bragged it up on TV and all the flyers. Like I said "Nice" but by far not fantastic.

On another note....On the website, he has celebrity pictures that he has been taken with. One is Paul LaMat. (Aloha Bobby and Rose and American Graffiti) Well by this pic, if that is Paul LaMat......Well he is looking pretty bad if it is

Met Paul at the Nats 4 or 5 years ago. That's him. He hasn't aged very well but remember American Graffiti was filmed almost 33 years ago.

Things could be worse than not aging well, just look at the dude to the far right in that picture (background). Kinda' reminds me of a crazy buddy of mine....
