CanCar Hotrods

HI, I started making hotrods out of drink cans about 3 years ago.
I thought it was about time to get a website to showcase the ones I have made sofar, as I want people to able to look at them 'outside' our home.
Please feel free to look and join my forum to pass any comments you may have.
Cheers
Sandy

WOW! I am impressed, a very cool idea and such easy material to work with. You Sir are a very talented artist, nice blueprint drawings as well.,,its becoming a lost art with CAD taking over everything.

Keep up the nice work!

Awesome. You probably get this question a lot but...how do you keep from slicing up your fingers on those thin aluminum edges?

I have only done it 3 times, each time after I have cut the top or bottom off the can and put my fingers down inside to wipe it out. When I have got the cans opened out flat and I am working on them I just exercise normal care and haven't yet been cut!!

I'll add a "wow" too. Super-cool. Thanks for posting, totally made my day.

I've just suggested your site to BoingBoing and Make. I hope you're sharing these with other forums too. Here's our list of 180+ other hotrodding forums. I'll bet they'd all be interested in checking out your work.
