Looking good and working fast! Will be watching with interest. What kind of bed are you doing? Later--John(Maynor)T.
|
the bed will be just a basic open top rectangle. probably a little wider than the frame.. it will house the battery and the gas tank, which will be a converted air tank

looks good

well. I was trying to figure out my P-30 ( Chevy Delivery van ) gauge cluster and I kept hearing ratteling inside the cluster and eventully the glass was loose.. pulled it apart to find what was left of the rubber/ plastic bumpers that held the glass tight... fix was quite easy.. I replaced the plastic bumpers with clear silicone caulk, let it set up for an hour and then put it back togther.. rattle free now
1st pic is the reminants of the bumpers If I can figure the wiring out, the cluster will be used in the Rat. |
little update... the air tank gas tank now has a filler neck welded in.. still no fuel pickup, because I have not made that provision yet
