Can't hand turn over my 250
Trying to turn my 250 to adjust the rockers but it wont turn. Ive removed the spark plugs and tried to turn at the top pully but it wont turn, anything im missing?

You should be able to put a breaker on the crank and turn it over that way. Can you bump it with your key?

i can bump it with my key yes, I looked at the front crank but there doesnt look like theres a bolt on it, if so Im on an angle I cant see it at. I tried using a breaker par at the top pulley but it wouldnt budge.
