Cant remove fuel pump eccentric bolt

Replacing timing set on 62 352FE. Tried everything to get the fuel pump eccentric bolt of the sprocket (even tried swearing at it). Anyone got any ideas. Impact didn't work, I also tried 2 socket wrenches for leverage. Am I missing something, is it reverse thread or something?
