hello all i was wondering what everyones views are on capitol punishment

Someone has probably already thought of spanking the president, and he was the president 15 years ago (George Sr.), or, she's the first lady and I really don't want to picture that scene in ANY room of the white house.

I'll bet there was some spanking going on before "the cuban" was put into play

Seriously though, with the laws the way they are spanking kids is a no-no, but it sure taught me a lesson back in the day. I find time out method surprisingly effective, when that is not- they lose toys or priveleges.

With adult offender's, eye for an eye-tooth for a tooth, and we will have an awful lot of "potential" offender's thinking twice about their actions.

Isn't it unfair to have a No hit rule for kids & when they grow up it s a different set of rules they know nothing about?

My old man hit me to punish me & it got out of hand until I fought back & he never tried that $#it again I think a little spanking puts the reality into from my own POV I dont want to still up a argument its just a "Q" OK?

As far as the death penalty yeas frying the bastards is effective!

i think that these SOB'S that have multiple homicides & have admitted it & if the die come back to life they go back to jail ain't right!

Harvest their organs & give them to people who need them !!
instead of wasting millions & billions on heath care for the condemned & the sick

I think the term is "Corporal punishment",for a spanking and "Capitol punishment", means you be dead.

Capital is the city and the punishment, capitol is the building where the government meets. Corporal punishment is punishment of the body, like whipping.

My wife put her own pants on. But even if a women isn't physically capable of putting her own pants on I don't think those who help should be punished.

If you are talking about the death penalty there was a post a few weeks ago about tookie williams, there was a pretty good response to it and alot of folks stated their opinion. There was a poll and I think over 90% were in favor. looky here.
