Car cleaning without water

I have a restored 67 C-10 with an oak bed. It's inside all the time with a cover on it. From time to time I need to clean it but I din't like getting the bedwood wet. How do you guys clean "garage queens"? Thanks

for dust? california car duster........may leave scratches if the right things get wiped across the paint tho.
