Car show window tags/juding id's

I am looking for sample images of different car show Judging id's/window tags what ever they are called, not really sure. If anyone can send me some or direct me to the right website, that would be great!!

not familiar with your term , but will take a wag at it

Most of what I see is simple card stock with printed info :

not much needed ...

Unique features____________ (allows owner to note special items)

yes exactly !

I knew I was forgetting something .......... old,paint fumes and other various inhaled chemicals, could be a reason ..
