Carb + emission test 327

I have given up on my rochester 4g on my 67 chevy P/U. I would like to put on a new carb and manifold. I have a new Performer that I could use and have seen and used some new Edelbrock carbs with good luck. However, I still need to pass an emission test, one of the rolling ones. What is a street carb that I can use on a stock 327 that will not give me problems passing emission test.
BTW the engine is original, 88,000mi and is bone stock with TH400, 4.11 rear gears, 4 barrel carb.
Thanks, Andy
