carb floats sticky
1405 600 cfm carb,damn floats stick ever so often, even while running three fuel filters before the carb! beating on it with a plastic hammer usually fixs the problem, but its getting nerve racking anywway. new carb rebiuld 2 months ago, any ideas??

Pull the bowl off see whats holding it.Check needle and seat.

Change the floats, if they are the phenolic type they are swelling. If they are the brass type the pivots are worn.
Best to just change them out.
