Carb jetting ideas...

Can someone give me an idea what is a good starting point to jet my carb?
I have a Holley 650dp which I have added a Proform main body. The main body came with 76 Pri and 84 sec jets which is what I used. The car runs pretty well now, best of 12.59 but I thnk for my motor, it is jetted too high. However, the plugs are a nice tan.
Here is my setup: 78 bu w/350 auto
355 sbc
Upgraded Vortec heads
Comp Cam Mag 280H, .480 / .480 230 dur
Holley 650dp w/Proform main body
Air Gap
4.56 spool rear

Best thing to do since you seem to have it in the ball park already is jet up two sizes and see what happens. Take notes carefully.
