Carb secondary issues???????

I have a 350 SB that has a cylinder or two dropping out at low RPM. I start the truck and let it warm up. The engine revs fine at first start. When I take off the engine has a cylinder or two dropping out (I guess) when the engine is loaded up at low rpm. The engine (for lack of better terms) flutters and vibrates irregularly like a cylinder or two is dead. When the rpms get up a little the engine smooths out. This will continue when the engine is in a loaded low vacuum state. Once the rpms get up she smooths out. Then when the engine is at full operating temp (160 stat, lots of compresion) the fluttering/dead cylinder symptoms go away. Could this be a card secondary isssue? (Edelbrock 1405 vacuum secondary, new plugs and wires, timing ok, fuel is fresh............)

Seems like a lean flutter to me. Try changing the rod springs to a really soft at first. If it goes away you can keep getting heavier to you find the limit.
