I have a Edelbrock Torker 11 (single plane) intake with a Holley 4150 (750 cfm double pumper, mechanical secondaries)on a SBC 350.What is the best spacer or plenum 4 hole or open and why? I enjoyed a previous post in regards to hood clearance as I'll have the same situation. Thanks,
i like the open spacer. it all depends on what you are looking for. fuel mileage or horsepower. with the open spacer there is no restriction. the more air you can feed the engine the more fuel you can feed. keeping in mind how you adjust your air and fuel mixture will be the outcome of your overall engine performance. if problems occure while adjusting the carb try power timing the engine first.
