carb tuning

I have a mild 355 in my blazer with a 600 cfm q jet on a performer when i pull the plugs they are white this means its lean right so how do i tune my carb to get it not as lean?

turn out the air/fuel mixture screws.

Tune those until the car runs right. If your plugs are looking like that you can try a little less metering rod (or more primary jet, but metering rods generally get swapped first because they're easier to change). You may just be running too hot of a plug. What is your compression ratio?
