Even tho both decent carbs Im not a huge fan of the orig edlebrock perf or holley 4160(never tried a holley street avenger) IMO the eddy thunder series AVS is prob the best of both worlds being able to adjust the secondary rate unlike the orig performer (except no 750cfm that i know of AVS's go from 650cfm then jump to 800cfm) 650cfm should b fine for street it will support 350+ hp,i just always hated a vac pod moving the secondary blades even tho they are adjustable, i feel the eddy AVS give will u that mechnical feel like a Qjet does imo more than a holley vac...but even tho most wouldnt agree u could run a mechanical secondary but it would require tuning and prob smaller cfm to work good in a heavyer car and as u know mpg gets worse with a double pumper.and at $4+ a gal. 10mpg gets old..sorry about the long winded response.

AED 750 "HO". AED Holleys have proven to be excellent "out of the box". They do more 'prep" than any other carb place I know of.
