What can be done on a 2 barrel Holley (5200 model AKA Weber 32/36 from ford pinto engine) in regards to a vacuum leak at the throttle shaft bore? Approximately how much would it cost to have it fixed?
Any machine shop can do it. Don't know the labor rate in your area, probably $100/hr or more. Here's an alternative way of doing it inexpensively at home..... http://healey6.com/Technical/Ream.pdf

I have had good luck reaming them to size and using valve guide liners to fit your throttle shafts. I have done quite a few Holleys with this setup and they all turned out good.
