Care of Blitz Black

Hello. First I would like to thank this forum for the great thread on JDBB.

I went through that hole thread and others regarding JDBB but one question remained unanswered. How do you take care of it? Buffing is out of the question since it just makes it glossy and milky. I tried wet sanding with sandpaper from 800 to 3000 grit and it would either scratch it or turn it too glossy. The only thing that somewhat worked are those sanding pads(I think they are automotive "Scotch Brite"). They left barely visible scratches but they did not make the paint glossy. Any one have a good procedure?

lemon pledge as in "Lemon PledgeŽ Aerosol Furniture Polish"? Are you serious? Well considering I am using tractor paint on my motorcycle why not...

EDIT: Damn I just realized yesterday someone came with the same question and you went through this. I had this forum open for a week and I did not refresh before posting.
