Did anyone see the article on Carl Casper in the April '06 Street Rodder magazine? The attached photo taken in 1978 is Carl's Vanturian.

Would not call it a waste of money, but it should be "The Knee Capper". How would you like to rearend some one with nothing but lights and sheet metal between your knees and someones rear bumper?
