carpet kit

hi im redoing the dash and some of interior in my 63 sedan deville. i am getting rid of all the cotton nasty yellow stuff they used for sound and heat control.. in its place i am putting Bquiet ultimate. how many layers should i use on the firewall and floor boards to really sound proof my car? also im replacing my carpet. i want to know where to get the best deal on the 20/80 loop. not only a good deal but im looking for a quality product. i want it to fit perfect when i get it. completely molded. any tips will help. also i had to get rid of the jute underlay cause it smelled nasty and it was gross. i need a company that has the underlayment glued to the bottom of the carpet as well. anything like this and where do i find it?

I got mine I think off of e-bay for maybe 79 dollars or so. Had the jute glued to the bottom, fit was perfect and the quality was plenty acceptable for what I paid for it. Suprised me quite a bit. But it might be worth checking it out.
