changing a divorced choke to a electric choke? Help please?e

Hello, I went out and purchased a Edelbrock 1406 electric choke carb for my truck. I do have a question though, my truck has a divorced choke apparently, on the old Q-Jet. How in the world do i wire up the electric choke into my truck? i do not want to run it off my battery. Thanks for your time.

Run a power wire from your fusebox. There should be a couple pins marked unfused. They don't supply power until you turn on the ignition.
